My first mailing

News from a newly graduated pastor in Zimbabwe

The passion and enthusiasm with which one of our newest recipients, Pastor William from Zimbabwe, greeted his first mailing of books from the Trust brought a smile to all our faces here at SWT HQ. 

“I received my first bundle from Sovereign World Trust with much excitement and well know that this is going to help me so very much - as I am beginning a journey in my ministry now a pastor graduated. 

The Bible college I attended trains persons within our church and from any other denomination. It trains us for two years to be pastors. 

It is now three years since our church opened its doors. We have branches in Zimbabwe and also in other countries like South Africa and Zambia. We are still growing. Our head office and main church is in the north of Zimbabwe. We haven’t yet built a permanent structure in all our branches, including the head office which we use as the college. 

We have a number of challenges which we hope to overcome. We also have challenges when we want to move from one place to another, as when we want to have ‘crusades’ at other places. Also when we want to move ‘instruments’ from the head office to another location. Hiring trucks to transport you will understand becomes very expensive. 

However, we strongly trust and have faith in God that through thick and thin the Lord will see us through. We want to see our church grow and that we have reached all corners of our country. 

I pray that God will keep watch over you, the Sovereign World Trust families and friends."
