This month we heard from Pastor Zen from Yangon in Myanmar. Pastor Zen is leader of the MOR Church and Ministries. The books we send to him are certainly having an impact in a number of diverse areas within the church and beyond.

In his letter, Pastor Zen was able to tell us about some of the very different ways in which his church is spreading the word of God, not least through the church's new ministry, the Life Changing Training School.

Through this ministry, Pastor Zen has seen a number of new church members come to services. A number have additionally participated in the Healing Retreat that the church runs. The Life Changing Ministry course currently has 32 full time students.

Meanwhile, Pastor Zen also teaches Bible study at the School of Evangelism in Yangon. Here there are 23 students who recently graduated and received their certificates.

Pastor Zen doesn't just minister to his flock in Yangon; he regularly travels further afield bringing Bible teaching and preaching to distant areas. He will shortly be teaching in Chin State, where he has some 50 students waiting for him.
